With more than twenty years in HR operations, I’ve built my practice around what growing businesses actually need: clear documentation, thoughtful compliance, and a real person to call.
My approach is practical and proactive. I’ll meet you where you are — whether that’s cleaning up years of loose paperwork, building onboarding from scratch, or quietly keeping everything current so you can focus on your team.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me doing Pilates, hiking, or simply enjoying time outdoors. I genuinely love helping people, and my family is at the heart of everything I do. Above all, my faith is the foundation of my life. God guides how I live, how I serve, and how I show up for others—with love, patience, integrity, and genuine care.

The meaning behind the name
The RiverLight logo was designed with Scripture and purpose in mind. Each element — the olive tree, the river, and the light — says something about how I approach this work.
